There are french doors that lead directly out onto the rear patio and views across the beautifully landscaped rear garden. There is also a library to explore during your stay.
Living room: A cosy but sumptuous lounge with wood burner and Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix.
Bedroom 2: Boasts glorious views of the rear garden with a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix.
Bedroom 3: A flexible room offering multi sleeping options with zip and link king size bed (which can be twin on request).
Bathroom: A stunningly designed four-piece family bathroom with bath, double shower, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: A master suite with kingsize bed, Smart TV. with Sky Q and Netflix, dressing area with extensive wardrobes and en-suite with double shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

Private off-street parking for 3 cars, additional on-road parking.

The hidden treasure is to the rear which features a tranquil and stylish herbaceous garden with patio, sunny and shady sitting out areas, garden furniture (for dining and sunbathing) and BBQ.
Please note: There is no lawn for ball games outside, but the Eastcliff Recreation Ground is just 200 metres away. There are multiple steps (max 2 at a time), shingle footpaths and a small reflection pool in the garden.

Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry gel, clingfilm, aluminium foil, ketchup/ briwn sauce, napkins, tea lights, kitchen roll, bin bags, dish cloths and lots of T-towels. Gas provided for the BBQ. The kitchen has a full selection of pans, serving dishes and implements.

Dog bed provided alongside a small doggy welcome pack with poo bags, a toy, towel to dry off, water and food bowls.
There is an outside cold water hose for washing your salty dog off.
11 months of the year we offer: 3 night minimum stays.
August we offer: 7 night weekly stays.

Check-out by 10am.

No smoking or vaping inside the property.
We are lucky to have a very peaceful neighbourhood and do not allow parties or loud music of any kind.
We are a family run business and do all turnover and property maintenance personally. We often have back to back bookings and always deliver a 5 star stay, so appreciate the property being left in a condition similar to which is found when departing.
The property had a full renovation, completed in 2022, and has state of the art decor, heating, electrics and insulation.
