    About Us

    Holland Beach Bungalow explored

    Ground Floor: 

    Entrance hall: You will be invited into a bright and spacious hallway, and naturally drawn through to the open plan kitchen/ dining room. 

    Kitchen/ dining room: This fully loaded modern contemporary kitchen offers a large dining table for 6, kitchen island, NEF fridge and freezer/ dishwasher/ induction hob/  electric oven/ combi-microwave oven, LG washer/ dryer, Dualit toaster, Nespresso machine, filtered water tap, and kettle. There are french doors that lead directly out onto the rear patio and views across the beautifully landscaped rear garden. There is also a library to explore during your stay.

    Living room: A cosy but sumptuous lounge with wood burner and Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix. 

    Bedroom 2: Boasts glorious views of the rear garden with a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and Smart TV with Sky Q and Netflix. 

    Bedroom 3: A flexible room offering multi sleeping options with zip and link king size bed (which can be twin on request). 

    Bathroom: A stunningly designed four-piece family bathroom with bath, double shower, toilet and heated towel rail. 


    First Floor: 

    Bedroom 1: A master suite with kingsize bed, Smart TV. with Sky Q and Netflix, dressing area with extensive wardrobes and en-suite with double shower, toilet and heated towel rail.  


    Outside:

    Private off-street parking for 3 cars, additional free on-road parking.

    The hidden treasure is to the rear which features a tranquil and stylish herbaceous garden with patio, sunny and shady sitting out areas, garden furniture (for dining and sunbathing) and BBQ. 


    Please note: 

    There is no lawn for ball games outside, but the Eastcliff Recreation Ground is just 200 metres away. This is a no smoking property. Pets are allowed. The property is not available for stag/hen-do's or parties of any kind.


    Accessibility: 

    The property is not wheelchair friendly inside or out. There are multiple steps (max 2 at a time) for all entrances to the property. There are shingle footpaths, different levels and a small reflection pool in the garden.  There are no hand rails in bathrooms, but anti-slip mats are provided for showers.

    3 smart TV's (lounge, bed 1 and 2) with access to Sky Q and Netflix.

    Games, including: Trivial Pursuit, Connect 4, drafts and cards, wooden topple blocks, table tennis kit, Ringtoss, Snake & Ladders, multiple jigsaw puzzles. 

    A library stocked with everything from novels to self help and cookery books.

    Toy box packed with toys, beach buckets and spades, travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet (no pillow/duvet), highchair and baby stair gate.  

    Secure courtyard for your bikes and beach equipment.

    Beach matt and wind break.


    Handpicked and locally sourced welcome hamper, including (when available): wine, jam/honey and crisps. Milk, bread, tea, sugar, Nespresso pods and biscuits. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry gel, clingfilm, aluminium foil, ketchup/ brown sauce, napkins, tea lights, kitchen roll, bin bags, dish cloths and lots of T-towels. Gas provided for the BBQ. The kitchen has a full selection of pans, serving dishes and implements.


    Festive decorations during December.


    One small well behaved dog welcome. 

    Dog bed provided alongside a small doggy welcome pack with poo bags, a toy, towel to dry off, water and food bowls. 

    There is an outside cold water hose for washing your salty dog off.

    Availability

    11 months of the year we offer: 3 night minimum stays.

    August we offer: 7 night weekly stays.

    Check-in from 4pm.

    Check-out by 10am.


    Please note: 

    No smoking or vaping inside the property. 

    We are lucky to have a very peaceful neighbourhood and do not allow parties or loud music of any kind. 

    We are a family run business and do all turnover and property maintenance personally. We often have back to back bookings and always deliver a 5 star stay, so appreciate the property being left in a condition similar to which is found when departing.

    The property had a full renovation, completed in 2021, and has state of the art decor, heating, electrics and insulation.
